How can I find products on your site?
There are at least three ways to find what you're looking for at The WellBeing Store:
  • Via category buttons in main site navigation: Along the left-hand site of our main pages (including the home page) you'll find direct links to our categories of merchandise.
  • By pain source: On the home page, you'll see four pain source links. If you are experiencing pain, choose the pain source that most closely matches your problem. From there, you'll be provided helpful information and links to merchandise that can help you find relief.
  • From a keyword search: Enter a keyword or keyword phrase in the search field, and get results matching your query.
  • On the site map: Our sitemap provides quick access to nearly all pages on the site. It provides a quick overview of our merchandise categories.
If you are unable to locate an item, please contact our customer service department. Each page of the site should have a link to "Contact Us" or "Customer Service."


How do I purchase products safely?
Buying from The WellBeing Store is both easy and secure. When you place an order, you can be confident that our secure server protects your credit card information. For each item of merchandise, there is an "Add to Cart" button. Simply click on it, and your item will be added to your shopping cart. Then continue shopping.

Putting items in your shopping cart does not mean you are making a commitment to purchasing them. After you put something in your cart, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping.

You can put as many items as you want in your shopping cart. When you're finished and ready to place the order, you can go to your shopping cart by clicking the "View Order" button, sometimes labeled "Proceed to Checkout" or similar.


What if I have problems ordering?
If you click the "Add to Cart" button and get no response, it is probably because you can't connect securely to our server. As a test, try going to https://www.microsoft.com. If you can't connect securely to Microsoft either, then the problem may be one of two things:
  • You're using a very old version of your browser. We recommend you upgrade it.
  • You are behind a corporate firewall that won't allow secure connections. Ask your network administrator, or order from home or another computer that is not behind a firewall.
To be able to add multiple items to your shopping cart, you must have "cookies" enabled in your web browser. Please enable cookies within your browser. If you do not wish to fully enable cookies, your browser may have a "prompt" setting where you can decide which to accept. Refer to the help function in your web browser for instructions on enabling cookies.

If you continue to have problems trying to order online, please call customer service toll-free at 1.800.403.0738 to place your order by phone, or fax your order toll-free to 1.800.306.4326.


What about shipping? Why is part of my order free?
Due to the sales volume of some of the products we sell, we are able to offer free shipping. Others do not qualify. Look for the Free ground-freight shipping within the contiguous United States on the product detail page. If you see it, we will ship the item for free via ground-freight within the contiguous United States. A $2.00 handling charge applies to all orders.
